In some cases, your UPS SurePost tracking information may reflect a "delivered" status even though you have not received the package. Sometimes, this simply means the package was delivered to your local post office in anticipation of final delivery to you. We ask that you wait two business days and if the package still has not arrived, reach out to us for further assistance.
For all other shipping methods, if your tracking information reflects a "delivered" status and you have not received the package, please contact us for assistance.
