How do I initiate a return or exchange?

'47 is committed to helping you find the best headwear and apparel to let your you out. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply return the product within 60 days of when you receive it. 

Please note that you can not combine orders to return or exchange. Each order would need to be returned separately

As long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all tags and stickers intact, we offer free exchanges, and free returns for store credit. For returns to the original form of payment, a handling fee of $7.00 will apply.  The order number is listed on the Packing List under PO please use that for the order number

To exchange for the same item but in a different size select the exchange button.

To return for a different item select return and then it will take you to our site to look for a new item. Using the exchange button will only exchange for the same item

If you received a gift or have moved from the original address the order was delivered to you will need to return this under the "Gift" option as that is the only option to change the address

Please note that Mystery items and masks are final sale.
