47 is committed to helping you find the best headwear and apparel. We offer returns or exchanges for products within 60 days of when you receive it. Items being returned or exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags and stickers intact.
Please note that you cannot combine orders to return or exchange. Each order must be returned separately.
The order number is listed on the Packing List under PO, as well as the order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email.
The email is the email address used when placing the order.

EXCHANGES: We offer free exchanges for the exact same item or the exact same item in a different size (if available). To exchange, select the exchange button. Using the exchange button will only exchange for the same item.
- If an exchange is requested, it will ship to the original shipping address.
- We do not offer exchanges for different items, styles, colors, teams, etc. We also do not offer returns/exchanges for store credit.
- If the size you want to exchange for is greyed out in the exchange portal, that size is out of stock and cannot be exchanged for. You will need to return the item instead.
- RETURNS: To return for refund, select the return button. Within a few business days of the item arriving back to our warehouse, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment, less a shipping/restocking fee of $7.00. Shipping paid on the original order is not refunded.
- Please note that ’47Mystery items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
