Why does my discount code not work?

We apologize if your discount code or Loyalty points did not add to your order. We only allow one discount at a time and Loyalty points and discount codes can't be combined together or with any other discount/promotion.

Please note: during our annual Cyber Week Sale period and our Sale's on Sale promotions, discount codes cannot be used and Loyalty point redemptions are disabled and not available for use.

Discount codes and Loyalty points cannot be used on some items.
