Shipping Methods

We offer free FedEX ground shipping (‘47 Family Shipping) if you sign up for our ‘47 Family loyalty program.
Our team ships orders on Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
All packages, regardless of method, are trackable for your convenience.
You will receive a tracking number via email soon after your order leaves our warehouses in Massachusetts. The tracking number will update as soon as the carrier scans the package into their system.
Items from the same order may ship separately, on different days, and from multiple locations. Please refer to the shipping emails for your order.

All orders placed using Standard, Free - 3-8 Business Days, or ’47 Family Free Shipping will ship via FedEx.
Most orders usually ship within approximately 3 business days after the day the order is placed. Some items take additional time to ship. **Please note that during periods of high volume, shipping may take longer than normal.
*Standard, Free, and ‘47 Family Shipping generally deliver in 3-8 business days after the day the order was placed. *exclusions apply: Please refer to the estimated delivery date provided next to the shipping method at checkout.
If the order is going to an APO/FPO/DPO, a PO Box, Puerto Rico (and any other US Territories), Hawaii or Alaska, it is initially shipped with FedEx and then transitioned to USPS for final delivery.
Please note that packages shipping with Standard, Free, or '47 Family Shipping to the locations above are currently taking an average of 21 to 45 business days to deliver once leaving our warehouse.
***As of 7/23/2026 all orders going to an APO/FPO/DPO, a PO Box, Puerto Rico (and any other US Territories), Hawaii or Alaska can only be sent with the USPS APO/FPO/PO BOX - 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS shipping method. ***

Orders going to APO/FPO/DPO, PO Box, Puerto Rico (and any other US Territories), Hawaii or Alaska can only be shipped with this method. This method is free for ’47 Family Members shipping to these addresses (when logged into the '47 Family Account).

Please note that packages shipping to locations outside of the contiguous 48 States (APO/FPO/DPO, AK, HI, PR, etc.) with the USPS APO/FPO/PO Box – 5-10 Business Days are currently taking an average of 15 business days to deliver once leaving our warehouse.

Orders placed with 2nd Day or Next Day Air shipping must be placed by 12pm EST Monday - Friday in order to ship same day.
All expedited orders placed after 12pm EST, or on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, will be shipped the next business day (generally Monday-Friday)

Please note that expedited shipping does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
Some items take additional time to ship and cannot be shipped with either of these methods. If one or more of these items is in your cart at checkout, neither of these shipping methods will be available options.
