Tracking my order

Tracking numbers for all orders are sent via email or can be looked up if you have a '47 Family Account. 

Tracking numbers can also be looked up using the Order Status page. The order number is the 7 digit number provided in the order confirmation. Tracking information will only appear on this page after the order has shipped.

Orders typically ship out in 3 business days, although some orders could take a couple extra days to ship.

All orders are shipped with FedEx. 

If the order is going to an APO/FPO, PO Box, Puerto Rico (and any other US Territories), Hawaii or Alaska, the order is initially shipped with FedEx and then transitioned to USPS for final delivery.
